If, like me, you refused to succumb to the whole buddhist monk lifestyle that’s usually recommended after a Christmas of overindulging, then you’re probably feeling the effects just about now. February is the better month to start on a new healthy regime…there’s not so much need for comfort food or excuses that you’re easing yourself off the seasonal good living. This kind of healthy living for me usually involves no red meat, no pasta, bread, dairy, sweets, pies etc. I rarely deprive myself though – I just go for healthy but tasty options. I’ve just discovered this fantastic website new website by Susan Jane Murray. It’s packed full of gorgeous wholesome recipes aimed at people who love being healthy, and love their food. The site is also really pretty and appealing and simple to navigate.
