Best mascara on the market?

I’m a huge fan of Max Factor Mascaras – and the newest to grace the shelves is the Lash Extension Effect. For those with thick eyelashes in need of some lengthening, it’s perfect. But for those with sparser eyelashes, you’re probably best off sticking with Max Factor Masterpiece Max, my all-time favourite.
